- development of technological systems that are affordable and practical.
Successful efforts blend input from many different areas of expertise and involve all the affected groups in a community.
Much of the research and technology already exists and needs to be provided in ways that communities and businesses can use. Other parts of the solution still need to be developed. CELES provides a source of information, decision support, and technology from experts who combine their expertise in seeking workable solutions.
